Our core business involves application of technology solutions to help our Client’s manage and interpret their data, including information about their customers.

We act as a “Processor” or “Service Provider,” as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws, with respect to information about consumers that our Client’s provide to Atlantic Fox and that we obtain on behalf of our Clients from third parties.  Our Client’s act as the “Controller” or “Business,” as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws, with respect to this information, because they determine the method, means, and purpose of processing the data.  Our Clients’ privacy practices control how this information is processed.  We are required by contract to comply with our Clients’ directions concerning Clients’ information about consumers.
